With 20 years of experience in real estate, financial analysis and strategic financial planning, Marcela Robbins brings a unique combination of skills to her clients. Before becoming a Realtor, she worked for both Merrill Lynch and IBM, where she developed strong analytical, management and negotiation skills that benefit her clients in today’s dynamic housing market.
Marcela earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration at Midwestern State University. Her educational and professional backgrounds are invaluable resources to her clients as she guides them through successful homebuying and selling experiences.
Since joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, Marcela has been recognized multiple times as one of the Quarterly Best agents and has earned the Denver Board of Realtors’ Roundtable of Excellence Award. As a leader in the greater-Denver market, Marcela is knowledgeable on current trends and activity in neighborhoods throughout the entire city and surrounding areas. She has broken sales records in Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village and several other areas around Denver.
Originally from Mexico, Marcela is extremely proud of her Hispanic heritage. Her fluency in both English and Spanish, combined with her experience as a military spouse, has given her a keen multi-cultural awareness that helps her navigate a diverse group of clients. Above all, Marcela is passionate about her work. Marcela lives in Central Park with her daughter Alexa and son Matthew who’ll soon be headed to college like her son Andrew. When she is not working or volunteering in the community, Marcela enjoys skiing, hiking, dance and travel.

Mariana Garza Buck brings extensive experience in advertising and property management to the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty team. Originally from a small town in Texas, and having lived in large markets, such as Dallas, Chicago, and currently Denver, Mariana has a thorough and comprehensive understanding of what makes a home desirable in both small and large cities.
Mariana has a Bachelors of Science in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin, and prior to joining the LIV Sotheby’s team, she spent more than 15 years at renowned advertising agencies including Leo Burnett, TM Advertising, Vladimir Jones, and Karsh Hagan. There, Mariana oversaw the strategic development of advertising campaigns for startups and Fortune 500 companies, including American Airlines, The Home Depot, Ram, and Sprint. Locally, her work with the VISIT DENVER account provided her the opportunity to learn the rich and unique characteristics of the diverse Denver market.
In addition, Mariana’s experience in the property management field has given her insight and understanding into homeowner associations and their communities. From budgets to rules and processes, this knowledge provides additional support for her clients that few other agents can provide.
As a bilingual and bicultural professional, Mariana takes tremendous pride in her ancestry and heritage. Being fluent in English and Spanish allows her to deliver to our ever-changing and diverse market a higher level of customer service.
